Hello Earl,
I have tried and the Fixing display issues you posted does not work! Every time Myob rolls out another update! We have another issue! Do better Myob! does no one check anything before the roll out of an upgrade!
Hi, Here we to again! 13/3/2025
Just want to state! the new look Accountright upgrade today! OMG just stop! We have many users with different rolls! I do not want alerts on the screen which have nothing to do with certain users! Also, when you have many files open and have intergroup company transactions! You can only have 2 Myob files displayed on your monitor. I feel with every update! The software techs are not actual users of the software! Just another reason to look at other software user friendly companies to change out MYOB

Thanks for your feedback! The recent update was part of a limited trial, involving 3,000 customers, to test the new look Command Centre. We've communicated with these selected customers about the trial and provided details on how they can offer their feedback.

Hi Princess
I have given my extremely scathing review of the new look command centre! twice. Myob are targeting small companies with say single user mum and dad businesses. Not looking at larger companies, multi users, multi group companies! PERIOD! Just another reason to look at other accounting software companies to change out Myob!

Hi Jo15 , I'm not sure if you are confusing changes or not now.
But the update to the look of the AccountRight desktop command centre was released today (13/03) and we selected 3,000 customers to be included
These were selected at random and based on other comments in the forum, have definitely included customers with multiple files. (One post said that they have 15 files and only 1 shows the update)
For some changes, when we are trialing a change and seeking feedback from customers, we will often be selective about who is included, as we try to balance the impact to those involved and the way that those customers use their software.

Hi Jo15 , as you have a file included in the limited access trial, you have the unique ability to give feedback on the new look command centre
One of the major improvements here is the action buttons that have been included, saving you time navigating around the software and completing the important tasks.
Please check your emails for the communication that was sent you about being included in the trial, you will also have a feedback button in the command centre itself. (Although it would be great to have suggestions for how it can be improved when you provide feedback as I don't know if the team would be able to change much based on your message above)- Jo152 months agoExperienced Cover User

Hi Mike, it is great that MYOB provides limited access so as any changes made can be beta checked before releasing to market. However, I also agree with Jo on the lack of understanding from your back of house technical team on how we, as accountants in the real world, operate. I run MYOB for several of my Clients and often have 5+ files open at any one time. Why would you suddenly limit this? And as for the already vastly discussed screen bug that they released with 2025.01 please tell me this has been fixed in this release.

There was certainly no intentional change that would limit customers from being able to open more than 2 files at a time.
I am getting the team to test this on our end now, but as you and Jo have both had this issue it is definitely a concern.
There is no correlation between us running a trial of the new look command centre and a limit to the number of files open though
