P&L Reports Failed to Load - AccountRight

I am trying to run the P&L report but it keeps failing, then MYOB crashes and closes each time

 

The cache has been cleared, and I have uninstalled & reinstalled the software.

 

Desktop version is the issue

 

The other companies I work on are absolutly fine

 

Have spoken to support without any insight to why this is occuring

 

Would like some help if possible

    Hi ClarkF 

     

    My guess is that there is a duplicate entry in the Accounts Register. When AR2024 tries to access this for P&L reporting, it crashes. To confirm, attach the error log accessible from the crash screen or the most recent diagnostics log, or both. See here for how to locate.
