Thank you for reaching out, 404 Resource not found is the standard success response code when an item you have requested can't be found.
When seeing this error, check any uid that is carried in the API call you are making, to ensure it is valid.
I am unable to spot any errors from the data you have provided, if you could create an API support request with us [HERE] and we can have a more in-depth look at what is occurring here.

With that said, I made API call but it did not work
