Trying to update my details on partner.myob

I'm trying to change the name on my partner.myob account. I changed the name on the my.myob page and its saved correctly but then when I go to the partner.myob site, it still has the old name. So when I upload documents, it has the old name as 'Created by'. How do I fix this?
