Thanks for your posts. There is a current delay with Westpac bankfeeds, our teams are waiting for the files.

I looged back on feeds there now but still duplicate Dec - shall we HIDE these?

Our teams have identified a small number of clients that have seen some duplicated bank feed transactions from December. They are currently working on fixing these cases for impacted users with fixes planned as soon as possible.
Impacted users are encouraged NOT to action anything at their end i.e. users don't need to hide those transactions. Although, we do recommend ensuring that the transactions are not allocated to ensure that our teams can best remove those transactions.
If you can please confirm the following information so I can pass on your details to the team:
- Last 4 digits of your product serial number
- File ID of the file impacted (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
- Date range of the duplicates
- Last 4 digits of the affected bankfeed bank account

last 4 digits are 5621. We have 10 dupliate transactions all dated December that have been previously reconciled.

My MYOB account also seems to be affected by this duplication. Could you please look into our account Serial # 7032 & bank fee effected is 0088.
