Customer Direct Debits

Can I upload a direct debit collection file from MYOB to import into my bank account to process direct debits from customers?

    Hi JaneyP,

     

    AccountRight does not support the direct debit processing feature or the ability to create a bank file for customer payments. Please see this post that is related to your concern, as it may provide additional context or tips for handling these types of payments effectively.

      I am not wanting to pay suppliers but set up an ABA file I can import into the bank for customer direct debits we want to process

        Hi JaneyP,

         

        Creating an ABA file in MYOB is specifically designed for processing payments to employees and suppliers. It's not possible to use this feature for setting up ABA files for customer direct debits.
