remittance advices in version 2021.1.1

Hello,

When emailing a remittance advice from write cheque it is not attaching the advice even though it says that it has.  I am also having trouble printing the advice.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Jenny5 

     

    This can generally happen if there are no tables on the customs form. A workaround would be adding a blank table onto the customized form by clicking “Insert Table”. This will allow the remittance advice to be emailed with the attachment.
