Can no longer export to Excel

HI there

 

I am unable to export to Excel (PDF still ok) after our work environment was moved from a physical server to a Zee drive.

 

The Export to Excel is still green/active , but no report generates - same thing if I try the drop down option.

 

The link to excel seems to have been lost but my IT guy can't seem to fix it. 

 

Can anyone tell me where he can go in MYOB to restore the excel export option please

    To help you sort out the issue of not being able to export to Excel after moving your work environment to a Zee drive, try these troubleshooting steps:

    • Give your AccountRight a fresh start by uninstalling and reinstalling it
    • Double-check that the Excel integration settings in MYOB are all set up correctly. Sometimes, moving to a new drive can mess with these settings
    • Make sure Microsoft Excel is properly installed in the new environment and is the go-to program for opening .xlsx files
    • Lastly, ensure you're using the latest version of AccountRight
