Can't see saved reciepts

Hi, Ive just checked some of my saved reciepts and lots of them are not there. They all scanned like normal and prefilled everything fine so I have just been presuming everything was ok.

Its only now that I thought I'd check some purchases, and click view reciept, it just shows o.oo%. Some show the receipt like normal, but lots don't.

The problem is I don't have the paper receipts any more because I thought once they were scanned and auto filled they would be safe.

Any ideas?

    We definitely want to make sure everything is behaving as it should! I had a little squiz on our end and can see you are already chatting to my good buddy Jayde, and you have been working with him to troubleshoot some things.

  • I am having the same issue since they updated with the ability to have multiple attachments.

    Looking back through them, the problem started for me around the end of January this year. When I scan a receipt now, I have to manually add a second photo because the scanned one never uploads. Everything else works perfect

    Ooohh it sounds like we need to do a little more digging here! I can see you reached out and chatted with the chatbot on Friday, but you might have missed that final "Speak with us" button, so it didn't come through to our side.

    But not to worry! I've got you now and will follow up via email for a few more details and to keep you posted on our investigations.
