We're aware of a delay in processing bank feeds to customers accounts for Suncorp.
At this stage, there is an error with the data and our technical teams are working to investigate and resolve this as soon as possible

The main cause for delay has been resolved and most data has been sent to customer files.
There is still some delay for customers with loan accounts, we are continuing to work with Suncorp to get this resolved.

Friday 20/06/25 - Suncorp bank feeds have not appeared in MYOB overnight again for transactions dated 19/06/25.
