Delay 23/04 - Westpac AU and ANZ AU

Good morning everyone,

We're currently experiencing an issue where data from Westpac (Australia) and ANZ (Australia) are not being received, resulting in a delay in delivering bankfeeds to affected customers. Our teams are actively working with Westpac and ANZ to resolve this and we'll provide further updates as soon as these come through. In the meantime, we truly appreciate your patience while this gets sorted

    Thanks so much for your patience today! The Westpac (Australia) connection has now been resolved. The ARL files may still take a little more time to process the data as it comes through - but you should start seeing things gradually tick over from here.
