Delay 26/05 - all feeds

Good morning everyone.

Bank feeds delivery is delayed today.
We have a processing issue that we are urgently working to resolve and hope to have this fixed asap.

Updates will be posted here once available.

    Hi Robocop​ , this message you are seeing sounds unrelated to me. You might be best to lodge a support ticket. Log into myaccount.myob.com and you should see a 'contact support' option. Thanks

  • If it's just a delay then can you please disable the message in the Banking Hub that says "

    Update bank account details to continue using this bank account. Update bank account details"

    We have not received any bank feeds since 23/5.  Is the problem still happening? Thank you. Karen

    Hi Karen673​ , I have double checked our internal notifications and I don't see that we have any known/ongoing delays at the moment.
    It sounds like you might need to reach out with a support ticket, you can create this by logging in to myaccount.myob.com

    If you let me know what bank your feeds are with, I can ask the team to double check as well.

    Have 2 files that have not updated bank feeds since 23/5 and 26/5

    Hi DBS,

     

    Missing bank feeds for that long isn’t ideal at all. There aren’t any delays or ongoing issues with bank feeds that we know of right now. To sort this out, you’ll just need to pop over to myaccount.myob.com and lodge a support ticket. Our bank feed legends will dig into it and get things back on track for you!
