BASLink not working

I upgraded to windows 11 and now I cannot open BASLink

    Hi FionaB,

    We don't have any reported issues like this. Currently, when this happens, we recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid software discrepancies. If the issue persists, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account.
