Cash account

I am new to MYOB and was previously using Quicken Home & Business where I had an ANZ account for handling credit card sales in my wife's business and a cash account to handle her cash transactions, both in and out.  As a large part of the business is done in cash, I can't seem to find a way to set up a similar account in MYOB.
