Major Bank Feed Issue

    Hi ExtalAluminium,

     

    There is a way to remove those transactions in bulk. To do this, you'll need to reach out to support to create a bank feed. You can get in touch by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using live chat through MOCA.

Hi Genreve,

Thank you for your advice. Although the support team confirmed that there is no way to remove them in bulk. I am currently having to do them one by one. I'd like to also point out that it was the transactions appearing in the feeds that I'm trying to get rid of. These were not automatically recorded as transactions in my system. So the solution is to Right-Click and press "Hide Transaction." Apparently, this is the only way. Thanks anyway for your help.

We are having major issues with bank feeds for some reason transactions have doubled up onto two seperate bank accounts - each having the exact same transactions.

 

MYOB support is absolutely hopeless why can we not speak to someone who knows what they are doing instead of typing to a bubble!!!

    Hi Gaylyn111,

     

    The chat box generally uses the virtual assistant MOCA, but it will route you to a live chat agent if it can't address your concern. Alternatively, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or other support avenues.

     

    However, I recommend starting by recapping your transactions to see which accounts the transactions were coded to, to identify any issues. If you find duplicates, you can also check the Journal Security Audit Report to see how and when those transactions were created.
