MYOB account show Read Only

Hi everyone, i'm having issue in in myob where i can't process any invoice because my account is showing as read only. My user account has been set up with full access and edit permissions, so i'm not sure why this is happening. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? Thank you.

    That's odd; read-only access usually doesn't show unless the user access is incorrect for the area you are trying to work on. If your user access is already set to full, there are a few possible reasons this can happen. Sometimes the invoice layout is not supported in the browser, sometimes the user access needs a quick refresh, or the file may have been switched to read-only.

     

    If you have not already, try signing out and back in first, then check if it happens on all invoices or just one. If it is still the same, I recommend reaching out to our support team by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting to your live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

    This is happening to me as well. Apparently MYOB have been trying to fix this since Friday! I have had read only excess since last Thursday, and things are starting to pile up.
