Deleting old pay items

Hello,

If I were to delete pay items that have not been used for several years will it affect those old pay rolls?

Or is there a way of archiving them so they dont show up as an option to link to new employees?

    Hey OGS,

     

    You won't be able to delete or archive pay items that were used in previous pay runs. As a workaround, adding the letter "z" at the beginning of the pay item name will it to the bottom of your list, making it easier to manage.
