pay calculation error

Casual employee pay rate is set at $30 per hour.

First payslip is correct, however subsequent payslips have a different 'calculated rate' eg $32.73 creating an error in the gross pay.

    Hi Cameron1969,

     

    The pay rate generally does not change just by creating payruns. There is a possibility that the rate has been altered. I recommend checking the employee's hourly rate and the wage pay item to make sure that the wage multiplier is set correctly if there are any. For a guide on how to do this, I recommend reading through the article 'Setting Up Pay Items / Payroll Categories'.
