Pay Day Super

We use MYOB only to process payroll and record pay runs, and we have never connected our bank account through the Banking Hub.

When I registered for Payday Super, I connected our bank account and completed the setup successfully. However, I can no longer determine which bank account is linked to the Payday Super service.

When I go to make a super payment, I see several account options, but I'm unsure which one is connected to our registered bank account. I have also checked the Banking Hub, but I can't find any linked bank account there.

Could you please advise how I can identify the correct account that is connected to Payday Super?

    Hi Navee,

     

    Sure thing! The bank account linked to Payday Super is separate from Banking Hub, so it’s completely normal not to see it there. Payday Super uses the bank account that was originally nominated and verified during setup, and super payments are then direct debited from that account. You can check your Payday Super details, including the account linked to your super payments, in your Payday Super settings.
