Pay Super Not Working
Hi, I have already set up pay super on my payroll account. When I tried to create a super payment, always tell me "No transaction found". What am I doing wrong?

You’ve already given Pay Super a good run, so to narrow down why it’s saying No transaction found, here are the key things worth checking:
- If the employee is with an SMSF, make sure Pay using Pay Super is ticked.
- If it’s not an SMSF, check that the super fund is correctly linked in the employee’s profile.
