Payroll not loading

Glad to hear everything else is working! If payroll isn't loading, it might be due to a corrupted draft pay run in the file. You can try this:

1. Go to the Create menu and select Pay run, this should load the Create pay run page.
2. Then, head back to Payroll > Pay runs, and the page should now load properly.

If it's still not working, the best thing to do is reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look for you.
