Payrun not showing in STP reporting
I have just gone to do my quarterly BAS and the amount for payroll and PAYGW the ATO had was less than MYOB. After looking at the payruns I noticed 1 payroll week is not showing in the STP reporting...

My issue has been resolved and I can certainly send you the details of how it was fixed but can I suggest you try sending an update event first and see if that fixes the issue.
If you go to single touch payroll and click on "send update event". When you record a $0 pay, the employee's latest year to date payroll totals will be sent to the ATO.

I have tried send update event - I can see it's been accepted by the ATO (and can see the update event on the ATO STP website), however that specific payrun STP report still has not shown up on both the MYOB site and the ATO site. Further, the STP amounts prefilled on the ATO site still doesn't include the final weeks pay!
How did you fix yours up?

Thanks for reaching out. In addition to this, if all the reports are correct, you can manually edit/correct what's in the BAS.

EarlHI All, I'm having the same problem. The payrun shows in MYOB, the YTD verification report is accurate and shows it, but the STP doesn't show it and when I look at the ATO it doesn't have it. I've sent several event updates and still nothing. I've undone the EOY process for this employee and still nothing. My activity report balances to my pay run history and payroll register. But regardless of all this, this one particular pay run doesn't show on the STP report and even though it should theoretically have been updated with the ATO when I did the EOY (because the verification report includes it) it doesn't appear to be with the ATO becuase when I do a 'download' of the submissions, this payroll report is missing. would appreciate any help that anyone can give.

WOW I'm in the same boat its been driving me crazy I have four wages at different times that have presented as NIL in the last quarter...I stumbled on this in an old forum on here ....from someone else reason to why it maybe happening ..but as far as fixing it????
I have just spoken with a MYOB support tech regarding this issue and the reason for the problem is that a recent MYOB update has removed the option of recording a new pay event after the date of payment.
So all pay events from now on must be recorded on or before the date of payment.... unlike last year when I was able to do them when I came into the office after the pay day.
It's pretty annoying but at least now I know what's happening.
