Payslip email being bounced/not delivered

I have been using the same email address for 10 years with MYOB . For some reason my Payslip email is being bounced...as of 2 weeks ago. I am both an administrator and employee.  Can anyone help me fix this problem?

    That does sound a bit odd, especially after using the same email for 10 years! There's actually another post that might help you sort this out. It covers a few common reasons why payslips bounce and what you can try to fix it: Payslip is undeliverable | MYOB Community.
