Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
If the super payment to process is not showing on the super payment window, kindly check the super fund you've created for this employee. To do this, click your business name > select Payroll settings > Superannuation funds, and then select the super fund. Make sure to tick the box "Pay using PaySuper." Please refer to the screenshot below.
Once done, please try to process the super payment again.
