Teams timesheets not exporting into MYOB

I have tried to process my staff wages, but where I usually go in to check their in timesheets (in MYOB), their approved hours from MYOB Teams do not appear like they usually would. Only the staff with rostered hours - not the actual staff-entered timesheet hours appear. It seems to only export the rostered hours instead of the timesheet hours?

 

Can MYOB please fix this so I won't have to manually type in all my staffs hours next week?

    The glitch was fixed by the following pay run (Monday 24th Feb).

     

    But the problem has returned this morning 10/03/2025. The hours worked in timesheets, which have all been approved, are not exporting from Teams into MYOB timesheets. 

    It looks like I will need to manually enter in the staff hours again, much to my dismay.

     

    Please help.

    Hi Gina_T,

     

    You're facing an issue where MYOB Teams is only exporting rostered hours instead of the staff-entered timesheet hours and it is a known issue. Our team is currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you may need to manually enter the hours to process the wages accurately. We understand that this issue may be causing inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to address it.
