Report packs using custom PDF style templates not generating

I have no problem with generating a report pack using the default PDF style but if I select a custom one, all I get is the rotating wheel to show it's processing but it never finishes the process.

I have tried to set up a new custom pdf template with our company branding using a low res logo, thinking that might help, but when I try to save the template this also results in the wheel of death.  

 

  • The only template changes I made are adding a logo and corporate colours. 
  • I am using Chrome and have tried clearing the cache, didn't make any difference.

Any ideas on what may be causing this issue and how to rectify it?

    It is unusual for templates to not load if the logo resolution is low. As per checking, there seem to be no reported issues with the same nature as you described. What I can recommend doing is making multiple incremental changes from the original template while checking if the issue appears each time. This will narrow down the cause of the issue. Additionally, you can try using the template on a different device to see if it's browser setting-specific.
