Hi everyone!
I agree that downloading the TPAR report is very crucial for every business. As this needs troubleshooting to find the cause, I recommend creating a support ticket from the My Account page to get help from the support team.
In the meantime, you can create a new thread if you need any other help.

Genreve This happens to me every single year - myob just doesn't work at all. there is no fix that i know of other than to keep trying and hope it works at some point

That is not very good at all. I have manually gone into every supplier and made sure trhe information is correct and still not. Very frustrating to say the least....Not sure what the next step is. (:

No error but incorrect information in our report....listing suppliers that it shouldn't. Very frustrating not being able to speak to someone...
