Unable to generate 'Payables reconciliation with tax report'

Trying to generate this report, which is not working for me or for other users.

 

Doesn't matter which date I try, I get a 'Failed to Load Report' banner at the top - and no report.

 

If I refresh the browser, it then looks like it's thinking about creating the report but I get left with an endless pink & purple wheel of spinning doom... and no report.

 

Can anyone please help?

    I can definitely help with this. Thanks as well for explaining what’s been happening and what you’ve already tried. That really helps a lot.

     

    The “failed to report” error usually pops up when a report is trying to load too much data or data issues. Since you’re still getting the error no matter what dates you enter, that’s a sign we need to check the file itself. I’ve used the email address from your Community Forum profile to locate your account and was able to run a script successfully. Before you try generating the report again, please make sure to clear your browser's cache.
