Invoices wont send- error code

Day 3 of trying to send off invoices to clients- (SMS messaging) keeps coming up with error code - refresh, try again or contact support.

Have tried deleting entire invoice and re doing but still doing the same thing.

 

Ideas?

    Hi queenoflaundry,

     

    Since you've already tried redoing the invoice, the next step would be try reducing the number of characters in the description field. If needed, add extra text on a new line. Also, switch from wireless to cellular data and try again. If this doesn't work, I can see you've submitted a support case, our team will assist you as soon as they're available.
