Take caution when you submit everything! The app will automatically allow online invoice payments. You are supposed to be able to disallow them, but it won't work if your invoices are synched from other software. Service M8 got info from MYOB about changing their set-up, but I have now been advised by them that they haven't got that control. We are now sending invoices directly from Service M8 and only using MYOB to allocate payments. What a **bleep**-up by MYOB to make the online payments enabled as a default when setting up secure Invoicing. The two functions should not be connected. It should be an opt-in completely separated from secure Invoicing. So far the business has only lost ~ $12.50 to MYOB before we slammed on the brakes and stopped emailing Invoices from MYOB, but it has been a completely unnecessary waste of my time trying to sort out what was happening and how to remedy it. Very, very bad performance MYOB.
