Secure Invoicing

Very annoyed and frustrated with MYOB and this secure invoicing

We do not want  our clients to have choice of online payments as our invoice values are so high 

No problem with how we operate atm

Why do we not have the option to keep as is ?

Where is all the information and disclosure without going into the process of the change

We need to be able to send invoices directly from myob and do not wish to complete all the information you are asking for to sign up to secure invoicing. We do not need our customers to pay us thru this system.

Please return the ability of emailing of invoices directly from MYOB 

What other changes will this create ?

And how much will MYOB increase to cover this change

we do not want to be paying merchant fees

We want an opt out option ???

  • Ridiculous what MYOB is doing.  They are damaging their relationship with a lot of customers and I have many clients that are looking to leave MYOB now and move to their competitor Xero.  They need to make this optional very quickly or lose a LOT of business and that includes our own Accounting firm!  This is a poor business decision by MYOB to say the very least.  Fix this quick!

    We don't want this "secure invoicing" option.

    Our clients DO NOT want to pay extra and neither do we.

    MYOB, you have to give us a choice to opt out!!!

    Totally Agree RMECivil.

    We didn't ask for or want this change.

    I notice a lack of response from MYOB on this one. Time to change to another system !!!

    We too believe we are being bullied and almost blackmailed by MYOB to sign up to this secure invoicing money grab. WE do not want to be paying any other institution fees and charges for doing what we are quite comfortable and competent of doing ourselves - collecting our payments. It is totally unacceptable MYOB feels they are deserving of any part of our business's income. It is also totally unacceptable MYOB feels they are deserving of any part of our customer's payments to us for our services. Fancy having the audacity to provide an accounting package without it being able to send invoices! Seriously?! We will most definitely be looking to change everything to Xero unless there is an immediate redress to this 'blackmail'

    Another issue I have with this new 'secure invoicing' is all the data they want to collect.  Its to help with 'cyber crime' and yet they will have my personal identification on file, employees who use MYOB personal ID, the company asic file, any trust deeds you may have, company credit check, etc.  THIS IS A MAJOR SECURITY FLAW.  If someone hacks into MYOB identity theft will be massive.  I have run my business for 15 years without any issues.  But now MYOB wants a say in how its run and whether the company can pay its distributors?  What the?  I will be moving on.
