MYOB assist
Hi MYOB Team,
I have many clients using MYOB and the capture app was perfect. Now this new myob assist has changed things. if logged in your software why do we need to logg into the app everytime just to take a photo of a receipt. why is it that this cant be linked??????
i dont have time to be contiuously logging into an app just to take a photo of a receipt. I can guarantee you - my clients will NOT be using their phone to access MYOB they just want to capture a receipt aka the capture app - thats why my client have me as their BAS agent so i do the work all they want is the ability to give me the information. BY THE WAY QUALITY OF THE PHOTO IS DISGUSTING!!!!! I have a new phone so no excuses for blaming the phone. Please give us the option....
Hi Dlmad, we have an update that should help here. Now anyone who has access to the MYOB Business file can use the MYOB Assist app to take a photo and upload a receipt or bill. To learn more about the roles that can be assigned and what each can do - jump in here: Manage users
