MYOB Assist

I have not been able to load invoices or send new invoices since I have downloaded the app. 

I also assumed with creating new invoices when we want to send it that it would be coming up with the same desktop template and be able to choose who we email and it will send to their saved address. I am having no luck with any of this, as i have to type the email address and the message but then it still doesn't send.

    Thanks for flagging this, looks like the app’s having trouble loading and sending invoices. If your business file has any special characters, that can block emailing or sharing. A quick workaround is to open the invoice, tap Share, and choose your email app, or remove the special character and try sending it again. If there aren’t any special characters, then the invoices not loading might be due to another issue some customer have experienced. We hope to have a fix for this asap and I will update your post once I can confirm more details. I’ve also passed the email and template part ID to the dev team for deeper look.

    I’d like to update you regarding the invoice loading issue in the Assist app. Our team rolled out a fix a few minutes ago, so it should be all set now.
