Regarding the camera failing, a workaround for your device would be to take a picture using your mobile the regular way and upload it to your account by selecting from saved photos.
For staff signing in, as Princess mentioned, they will need to do this on the Assist app, but you can use the 'contacts' role to simplify this
- Use the Contacts role for team members if you wish to control visibility of reports, invoices, and sensitive information.
- Team members with Payroll and Sales roles can also now use the capture functionality within the Assist app.
Quick tip: Login to your AccountRight account via the browser and create a user profile by going to Settings > Users and permissions > and assign them as a file users with Contacts permissions
