Business Verification

Hi all

 

How do I get assistance with the new Business Verification process when there is no option for this on the Contact Support page. I don't really feel like spending hours on the phone trying to get help. All the information I have received advises me that there is support for the process however I can't find any.

    For any questions or assistance about the verification process, please raise a support case from your My Account dashboard. Make sure to select 'Financial Services' as the category and your request will be escalated directly to the team.

    I do not want to check the help topic as I already have and it did not help.

    I do not want to chat with MOCA as I have done that and it did not help.

     

    I need help from a real person who can assist by resetting the verification process so I can start again.

     

    How do I get real help?

    Take a look at this help topic that might answer your question. If it doesn't, click the chat bubble at the bottom of the help topic and ask MOCA, our virtual assistant for help or to speak with our support team via live chat.
