Cnacelling the sub

I submitted a request to cancel my subscription over three months ago, but the matter remains unresolved.

I have repeatedly been instructed to call your cancellation number; however, each time I do so, I am placed on hold for an extended period without being able to speak to anyone. Interestingly, your technical support line answers within seconds, yet when I raise the cancellation issue, I am again transferred and left waiting indefinitely.

I find it concerning that subscribing to your service was straightforward and did not require lengthy phone calls, whereas cancelling appears unnecessarily difficult. This creates the impression that obstacles are being placed in the way of customers wishing to end their subscriptions while continuing to be charged.

I request that this matter be resolved immediately and that my cancellation be processed without further delay. If it is not addressed promptly, I will have no option but to lodge a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

I look forward to your urgent response and confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand how important your concern is.

     

    After checking the case linked to your email address, we can confirm that the support team sent you an email on 5 June with the cancellation details, including the cancellation date.

     

    If you still have any concerns about the cancellation, please reply directly to that email so you can be connected back to the cancellations team for further assistance
