I have the same issue. When I log in it is always right up to date with our accountright file, but if I try to create a quote or invoice, you have to select a customer and Customer contacts won't load - It worked fine when I started the new file, then I imported 47,000 customer contacts from another Accountright file and now when I try to select a customer, it always says “something has gone wrong - try again". All my employees whether on Android or iPhone now have the same problem. I read somewhere someone thought there was a quota limit on how many customers you have. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the apps on all phones but to no avail
