Are statements affected by not upgrading to Secure Invoicing?

Hi MYOB Team - URGENT RESPONDING PLEASE

Regarding your recent notice on the upcoming changes for Secure Invoicing, we have reviewed the upgrade process and would like to raise our concerns.

During the setup, we were asked to provide highly sensitive and confidential information which we do not consider necessary for our current use of MYOB.

We are paying an annual subscription and only require the existing functionality to issue statements and invoices manually, as we have been doing. Our customers make payments via EFT, and we do not use credit card or online payment features.

Based on this, we do not wish to proceed with the Secure Invoicing upgrade at this stage.

Please confirm that we can continue using MYOB with our current functions without disruption.

Totally fair to double-check and ask questions, that’s the smart move! To put your mind at ease, you can keep using MYOB exactly as you are now with your current invoicing and statement features, nothing will change or be disrupted. Not completing the verification process will only stop you from sharing invoices via your file.
