CANNOT IMPORT NEW ITEMS

Trying to import new products, in the same way as have been for years.  The software is missing fields in the import file?

Even though the S is in the correct field and I have exported a file to double check the locations, it won't import this data, and then it misses the pricing detail also.

I am SO UPSET with this absolutely RUBBISH version of MYOB, no excuses it is the worst piece of software I have ever used.

    Hi Acme_20_yr_cust , a quick reply before I leave the office:

    Sold/Inventoried items require a Expense/COS account to be provided, some are missing;

    Bought items require a tax code when bought, some are missing;

    Custom list entries must match the file value exactly (spelling, capitals).

    Haven't checked the selling prices yet.

    Hi Acme_20_yr_cust , are you able to post the file you are importing, or an extract of the first few rows? Also the import log, or at least all the error messages?
