Customer receipt for online payments
My customer asked which email address does the credit card payment receipt from MYOB online, go to. Would it be the Bill To email? or to all the emails in the Client Card?
Hey Mauzy,
The receipt for an online credit card payment goes straight to the email the payer enters at the time they make the payment, not the Bill To address or any other email saved on their card. This means the person who completes the payment is the one who automatically receives the receipt.
