Error Message when accessing Enter sales

Almost every error in MYOB is a HuxleyApplicationException. Next time this happens, click the "show error details' link in lower left corner. Copy and paste into a reply to the post. The message details might help someone identify the cause.

The message :

(Unknown): ShowUIView(EnterSales,...,...)

If not one I am familiar with. 2 things to try:

• got to Setup > Easy Setup Assistance > Sales > Layout and select the most common layout type. Click Next and then close the screen. Try to create a sale again. If it fails, make a note exactly when it fails, for example Sales invoice screen doesn't open at all, or after a card is selected etc
• Do a forum search on this error message - you might find some other suggestions to try.
