Thanks for your post.
Please let us know the best time to run a fix on your company file as there should be no user logged in to the company file. Also, kindly confirm the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight) of the file you're having issues with.

We were able to execute a fix on your company file. Kindly log out and then log back into your account. Please let us know if you're still receiving an error message when adjusting your stock.

Unfortunately, this did not fix the Error.
Is there a way to speak to an Inventory specialist at MYOB? I have called many times and have been passed from one person to another for hours.
This error needs to be repaired as a priority.
Please advise my course of actionthank you
