Hi nduro,
If the statements were sent using Outlook, MYOB generally won’t provide a report showing which specific statement emails failed. MYOB’s email/activity tracking applies to emails sent through MYOB, but for emails sent via Outlook/PDF, there’s no MYOB tracking log to identify the failed recipients. In that case, the best place to check is Outlook itself for bounce-backs or nondelivery reports.
