Hi Riek,

It is possible that your AccountRight file may need some basic troubleshooting. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid software discrepancies.       Since you have already reinstalled AccountRight on the server and locally, ensure that you are using the latest version of the software. If the issue persists, your MYOB file may need further investigation on the backend, please reach out to our support team directly.
