Hi Riek,

Since you have already reinstalled AccountRight on the server and locally, ensure that you are using the latest version of the software. If the issue persists, your MYOB file may need further investigation on the backend, please reach out to our support team directly. You can contact them via Live Chat through our virtual assistant at MOCA or by submitting a support case at  http://myaccount.myob.com.
