New Computer & can't print my invoices

Hi all,

I need some help please. I've got a new computer at work and my invoices won't print.

I can email though

I get a printed message when trying to print the invoice and it says;

Error Name:  VMerror

Offending Command: pdfconv

Description; Not enough memory

 

If anyone has any suggestions that might be the cause of this please, that would be great, thanks

    Hi Wendy2018,

     

    I appreciate your post and for including the error message you received when trying to print out your invoices. VM errors mean that your printer doesn't have enough memory to process your job. To be more elaborate, VM is a percentage of the total RAM in a RIP that is used to hold static information, such as font metrics. Given this, I would recommend seeking assistance from your IT personnel to resolve the issue properly, as they have the knowledge on how to troubleshoot it.
