Unable to send sales invoices

I'm receiving the below error message when trying to send sales invoice to clients;


"Your business verification is incomplete, and invoice share functionality has been restricted. Contact us to complete verification and restore functionality."

 

I have submitted a support ticket and yet to receive a reply - is the email even monitored?

  • I am having the same issue. Did you have any luck resolving this? I have not received a reply from the support ticket either.

    Not 100% resolved but getting there.
    I went on their live chat and the tech advised they needed a form of ID sent to restore invoicing functionality.

    Check if you've received an email from: applications@myobpayby.com - if not, email them to find out what further info they require to restore the invoicing function for you :)

    Hey Seaborne,

     

    I've checked this with the team and they’ve temporarily lifted the block on your account so you can send sales invoices now. This stays in place until the end of the month while our team reviews your verification documents, so no extra steps needed on your side.
