Hi,
See screenshot of failed PO. I can't use the web app as it may take me 10 minutes to create a PO but then half the time I will get this error. Once this error appears you cannot even save as draft, I just have to redo the PO on the desktop app.
This supplier we use regularly with an active ABN. If i do this exact PO and select the same supplier on the desktop app there will be on issue. How do I bypass this error?

Hi oliver1 , a couple of suggestions: save the transaction before adding any lines. And/or add all the line details except for the job numbers,then save & edit to add the job numbers.

This does seem to work but it changes the layout of my PO to; see attached screenshot. How can I change it back to the original layout?Hi oliver1 , that looks like a bug to me. I've tested and got the same result. I've tried various ways to get the item layout back again without success. Perhaps the moderators can assist.
Actually this method unfortunately doesn't work. This PO (attached) I entered the supplier, clicked save. The layout then changed, I entered the info and clicked save again and its asking again for the tax code. I have already made about 5 POs this week with this supplier that are basically identical

We understand that you are still having difficulty when creating PO and you received an error asking for a tax code.
