Thanks for your post. I'd recommend going through the troubleshooting steps on our Help Article Error: Connection error for this error that you're receiving. If you're still experiencing the error after troubleshooting, do let me know so I can investigate further.
Have followed all troubleshooting options. Two users are getting the same message on different computers.

Can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file right after this error has appeared and attach it to this thread as a .TXT file so I can investigate further.
