When starting the live chat when i click on payroll it goes no further. Unsure if im able to chat or call as im new to the company. Can you please check and advise ?

Even if you're new to the company, you shouldn't have any trouble reaching out to our live chat support team. Or you can contact our support team directly by phone. You'll find the phone number on the link provided by our moderator. You can also submit a case via MyAccount.

unable to call as i need to answer the phone which is why i'd like to chat online. But i get to the chat online, it asks what software ie account right, then a list of MYOB products, i click Payroll, and the chat disappears....

Hi Chellie22051,
If the live chat window was interrupted, it might have been a browser issue. This isn't common, so you can try accessing the live chat again via MOCA. If the problem continues and the chat window keeps closing, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window instead.
